To rent a car with us, all you need is a valid driving license, your ID (such as a student or national ID), and a refundable security deposit. Students are welcome to rent as long as they're 17 years old or above. If you're under 25, there may be some additional conditions or a small fee. Booking a car is super easy. You can do it online by choosing your car, selecting your dates, and filling in your details — or just contact us directly if you need help. A security deposit will be required before pick-up, and it will be fully refunded once the car is returned on time, in good condition, and with the same fuel level it had at the start. Yes, you do need to refuel the car before returning it. If not, a refueling fee might apply. If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so for free if it's more than 48 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours), a partial refund will be given, and for no-shows, unfortunately, no refund can be issued. If the car breaks down during your rental, don’t worry — we offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Just contact us, and we’ll take care of it. You can also drive the car out of town or to another state, but please inform us in advance so we can make sure everything’s properly arranged and covered by insurance.
