All renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license. A higher minimum age or surcharge may apply for certain vehicles or for drivers under 25 years old. Bookings are subject to availability, and payment may be required in full or in part during the booking process. A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle pickup, and it will be returned after inspection of the vehicle, provided there is no damage, excessive dirt, or late return. The vehicle must be used responsibly and only within approved areas. It is not allowed to be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity. Renters are responsible for any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Basic insurance is included with all rentals, but customers may choose to add optional coverage. Any damage or loss not covered by insurance will be charged to the renter. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup may be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Vehicles must be returned on time, in good condition, and with the same fuel level. Late returns or vehicle misuse may result in additional charges. In case of a breakdown, customers must contact us immediately and should not attempt repairs without our permission.
